We work with a professional team of our own people, each with their own speciality. They know their trade and help find the best solution.
We also work with a large, regular network of building partners for every specialist job: roofers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, tilers and plasterers.
One point of contact
As a client, you have one point of contact, so communication is smooth and free of misunderstandings. The site manager keeps a close eye on progress and you are kept informed throughout.
We speak English, Dutch and Spanish, and are happy to show you previous work in person, so you can judge our way of working and the standard of finish for yourself.

Daniel Groen
Administrative partner
Daniel has been the administrative partner since 2006. He is responsible for direct contact with clients, new projects and overseeing all work from the office.
He has more than 20 years’ experience as a self-employed builder and brings a complete technical and organisational perspective. Daniel is from the Netherlands and has lived in Spain since 2005.

Jan Van Bergenhenegouwen
Partner and operations manager
Jan is a partner with many years’ experience as a self-employed builder. He runs the operational side of the company: he coordinates the work, manages the purchasing of materials and directs the work crews.
Because he is on site every day, the work runs efficiently and as agreed. Jan is also from the Netherlands; he is practical, direct and professional.

Helaine Tavares Groen
Finance and HR
Helaine has been with the company since 2017. She heads the finance department and is responsible for human resources, including payroll and internal administrative procedures.

Oksana Sidorovich
Administration and bookkeeping
Oksana handles document management, internal procedures and the day-to-day bookkeeping, and supports the other departments.
