What we build on the Costa Blanca

As a Dutch building contractor in Altea, we build and renovate villas, apartments and fincas. With our own tradespeople and a regular network of roofers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, tilers and plasterers.

First in 3D, then for real

Arquiforma, an architects’ practice in Alfaz del Pi, produces the design with a 3D presentation and obtains the licence from the town hall. That way you have a clear picture of the result before work begins. Then we build it.

Meeting on site
We visit, look at the plot or the house and listen to what you want. We are happy to show you previous work.
Design and licence
Arquiforma produces the design with a 3D presentation and applies to the town hall for the licence.
Tailored quotation
You choose materials and brands to suit your budget and taste. We put everything into one clear quotation.
Construction
Our own team and regular tradespeople carry out the work. The site manager follows every step and keeps you informed.
Handover
You know the date in advance, and the work is handed over neat and clean.

Do you speak English?

Yes. The partners and the office speak English, Dutch and Spanish, and you have one point of contact for your whole project. Daan Groen is a Dutch building company.

Do you also arrange the architect and the building licence?

Yes. For new builds and most renovations we work with Arquiforma, an architects’ practice in Alfaz del Pi. They produce the design and a 3D presentation, and apply to the town hall for the licence.

When do I need an architect?

For work that changes the structural stability, the architectural character or the appearance of a house, and whenever a swimming pool is installed. Think of a new roof structure or an extension. The rules vary from one Costa Blanca municipality to the next.

Can I see some of your previous work?

Yes. We are happy to show you projects in person, so you can judge our way of working and the standard of finish for yourself.

Which areas do you cover?

The northern Costa Blanca, from our office in Altea. Recent projects include work in Altea, Altea la Vella, Alfaz del Pi, La Nucía, Moraira, Benitatxell and Dénia.

How does a project start?

With a meeting on site. Your wishes are the starting point; after that you receive a tailored quotation in which you choose the brands and materials yourself.
