Meeting on site
We visit, look at the plot or the house and listen to what you want. We are happy to show you previous work.
Design and licence
Arquiforma produces the design with a 3D presentation and applies to the town hall for the licence.
Tailored quotation
You choose materials and brands to suit your budget and taste. We put everything into one clear quotation.
Construction
Our own team and regular tradespeople carry out the work. The site manager follows every step and keeps you informed.
Handover
You know the date in advance, and the work is handed over neat and clean.

Do you also arrange the architect and the building licence?
Yes. For new builds and most renovations we work with Arquiforma, an architects’ practice in Alfaz del Pi. They produce the design and a 3D presentation, and apply to the town hall for the licence.
When do I need an architect?
For work that changes the structural stability, the architectural character or the appearance of a house, and whenever a swimming pool is installed. Think of a new roof structure or an extension. The rules vary from one Costa Blanca municipality to the next.
Can I choose my own brands and materials?
Yes. Daan Groen is independent; you choose from a range of brands to suit your budget, taste and comfort. For sanitaryware, we go to the showroom with you.
How does a project start?
With a meeting on site. Your wishes are the starting point; after that you receive a tailored quotation.
Your plans on the drawing board?
Tell us what you have in mind. We reply personally, in English, Dutch or Spanish, and are happy to visit for a meeting on site.
