About this project
Together with the clients, we took on the challenge of turning a run-down property at least 30 years old into a timeless villa with real character, using quality materials and with a contemporary feel.
A new, logical layout was created to make the best use of the space and to enjoy the natural light and the terrace with sea views. The work included a complete renovation of the walls, interior partitions and water pipes; the villa was also completely rewired and given a professional lighting scheme.
