With a full renovation, you deal with one company that coordinates and follows up everything. That keeps misunderstandings and delays to a minimum, and you are kept informed of progress throughout.

Together with you, we draw up a plan of work. With regular site visits, we follow it closely.

When is an architect needed?

For work that changes the structural stability, the architectural character or the appearance of a house, and when a swimming pool is installed. If you replace the roof structure or extend the house, for example, an architect is required.

For most renovations we work with the architects’ practice Arquiforma. The rules vary from one municipality to the next; we make sure they are followed.

What does a renovation cost?

That depends on your choices. Daan Groen is independent: you choose from a range of brands to suit your budget, taste and comfort. Your wishes are the starting point for the quotation, and we take plenty of time over it.
