Design with a regular architect
Our new-build projects are developed in close collaboration with Arquiforma, an architects’ practice in Alfaz del Pi. They deliver a unique and practical design and apply to the town hall for the licences.
The design is worked up into a 3D presentation, so you have an accurate picture of the result before work begins.
Building to the municipality’s rules
Every municipality on the Costa Blanca has its own rules, such as distances to the plot boundary and maximum heights. The architect takes these into account from the design stage onwards, as well as the Spanish building regulations.
That way you avoid surprises or fines later on.
Your choice of materials and brands
Daan Groen is independent: you choose the brands and materials yourself, to suit your budget, taste and comfort. Think of window frames and sliding doors, indoor and outdoor tiles, sanitaryware, underfloor heating, solar panels and the swimming pool.
