Extensions and annexes
An extra bedroom or bathroom, a garage, conservatory, balcony or covered terrace: more enjoyment of your home, and more value too.
One with the existing house
A good extension does not feel like an afterthought. We are happy to think it through with you and advise on the basis of previous projects, such as an extension with extra bedrooms in Altea la Vella and a covered roof terrace in La Nucía.
Licence and architect
An extension that adds volume requires an architect. We work with the architects’ practice Arquiforma, which produces the design and applies to the town hall for the licence.
