About this project
For this house on Avenida Dénia in Altea, we carried out a combination of extension and renovation. Around 75% of the house is newly built; the existing parts (25%) have been fully modernised and renovated. The façade structure was also renewed, giving the house a contemporary look.
The house has air conditioning and underfloor heating. On completion, it achieved energy rating A.
